Toyama Excel Hotel Tokyu will serve a seasonal Shine Muscat Afternoon Tea at its 15th-floor sky restaurant Ricomonte from July 1 to September 30, 2026. The menu pairs the elegant sweetness of Shine Muscat grapes with the refreshing aroma of kuromoji, a rare aromatic wood harvested in Toga Village, Nanto City, Toyama. Highlights include Frozen Shine Muscat shaved ice and a tableside Shine Muscat Brulee. A three-tier stand presents 11 sweets and 2 savory items. The hotel collaborates with Monsieur J, a French patisserie in Toyama founded in 2013 by patissier Josselin Rambot, contributing ice cream and macarons. Kuromoji tea and a non-alcoholic mint-lime mojito welcome drink round out the experience. Pricing is 5,000 yen on weekdays and 5,500 yen on weekends and holidays, served 11:30-14:30, reservations required by 15:00 the previous day for parties of two or more. Closed Mondays except national holidays.
