Reito Tanaka
During his student years, Tanaka was deeply inspired by a TV program about pastry chefs, leading him to pursue a career in confectionery.
After learning the basics at Japanese-Western confectionery shops, he moved to France to experience its culture.
Upon returning to Japan, he honed his skills at the 'Grand Hyatt Tokyo',
and in 2017, served as Executive Pastry Chef at 'Andaz Tokyo'.
He joined Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu in March 2024 and was appointed Pastry Chef.
