This ultra-low power, space-saving IC supports 105°C operation and integrates essential sequencing control functions, making it ideal for a wide range of applications in industrial and consumer electronics.

The standout feature of the XC8115/XC8116 series is its ability to drastically reduce power consumption, achieving 0µA quiescent current in both active and standby modes.
