Toridoll HD Holds Long-Service Award Ceremony "Happiness KANDO Creators Ceremony"

Toridoll Holdings Corporation (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takaya Awata; hereinafter, Toridoll HD), which provides moving culinary experiences worldwide powered by "Mind Capital Management," held the "Happiness KANDO Creators Ceremony" in May and June 2026 to express gratitude to employees (full-time employees and part-time staff) who have reached their 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30-year anniversaries of long service, for their dedication in providing moving culinary experiences to customers over many years.

Kanto Venue: Fairmont Tokyo

Our company holds a long-service award ceremony every year to honor and express gratitude for the efforts and passion of our colleagues who have supported the company's growth over many years. This year, 878 employees (363 full-time employees, 515 part-time staff) reached a milestone in their long service.

This year's "Happiness KANDO Creators Ceremony" was held at two venues: "Hyatt Regency Kyoto" for the Kansai region and "Fairmont Tokyo" for the Kanto region. Executives and department managers, led by Toridoll HD President Takaya Awata, hosted the long-serving employees, welcoming them to the venues and expressing our gratitude for their many years of providing moving culinary experiences to customers.
