Merlion Statue and Fireworks at Mother Farm

Mother Farm (Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture) is hosting a Singapore Festival until September 27 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan.

On August 9, 'Singapore National Day,' the number of fireworks launched during the Summer Night Farm event will be doubled to celebrate the occasion. Additionally, the Bon Odori dance festival held on the same day will feature Singapore-themed music, adding excitement to the National Day evening.

One of the charms of Mother Farm's fireworks is their proximity to the viewing areas, allowing beautiful views from anywhere on the premises. On Summer Night Farm days, the Merlion statue is also illuminated, creating a stunning backdrop for enjoying the fireworks.

Even if you don't know the dance, instructors will guide you step-by-step—no worries!

Casual wear is fine, but yukata and jinbei are especially welcome! Let's all dance together and enjoy Singapore National Day!
