Rakuten Mobile Starts Pre-orders for 'OPPO Reno15 A' on June 18 (Thu)

Rakuten Mobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Rakuten Mobile") has started pre-orders for the "OPPO Reno15 A" on its official website and the "Rakuten Mobile Official Rakuten Market Store" from 10:00 AM today, June 18 (Thu). The device will be released on June 25 (Thu) at 9:00 AM for 57,990 yen (tax included) via the Rakuten Mobile official website, Rakuten Mobile Shops, and the Rakuten Mobile Official Rakuten Market Store (Note 1). This product is a 5G-compatible smartphone equipped with an ultra-high-capacity 7,000mAh battery and high-resolution cameras of up to approximately 50 megapixels (Note 2).

"OPPO Reno15 A"

By taking advantage of ongoing campaigns, customers who switch from other carriers while keeping their phone number and sign up for the first time for either the "Rakuten Saikyo Plan" or "Rakuten Saikyo U-NEXT" will receive up to 16,000 "Rakuten Points." As a result, the device priced at 57,990 yen (tax included) can be purchased at an effective price of 41,990 yen (Notes 3, 4, 5, 6).

The "OPPO Reno15 A" features an ultra-high-capacity 7,000mAh battery in a slim body, capable of lasting approximately two and a half days (Note 7). It supports 80W SUPERVOOC(TM) fast charging for efficient charging and also features bypass charging, which supplies power directly to the device during gaming, reducing heat and battery stress (Note 8).

It includes the AI feature "AI Mind Space," which analyzes and saves on-screen content with a simple swipe upward from the bottom using three fingers. Saved content is automatically categorized by content type, enabling quick access anytime via keyword search.

Both the rear and front cameras feature high-resolution sensors of up to approximately 50 megapixels, capturing facial expressions and textures with exceptional clarity.

Additionally, it runs OPPO's proprietary OS "ColorOS 16," delivering high stability that passes OPPO's unique smoothness tests, ensuring a smooth user experience even after five years (Note 9). Other features include water resistance (IPX8, IPX9), dust resistance (IP6X), biometric authentication via fingerprint and face recognition, Osaifu-Keitai(R), and support for dual SIM with both nanoSIM and eSIM (Note 10).
