TRIPORT Labor and Social Security Attorney Corporation (Representative Partner: Hideoki Okamoto) announced that, through its business partnership with Horiemon AI School (Representative Director: Kenjiro Araki), which operates an AI talent development school, its cumulative record for subsidy support has surpassed 300 companies.
With the rapid proliferation of generative AI, the development of 'AI-literate talent' has become an urgent task for companies. However, educational costs remain a barrier for many SMEs. While the government promotes reskilling through subsidy programs, the Labor and Social Security Attorney Act prohibits training providers from directly acting as agents for these applications.
TRIPORT collaborates with Horiemon AI School to provide expert support for applying to the 'Human Resources Development Support Subsidy,' which covers up to 75% of training costs. Its strengths include nationwide online support, know-how based on approximately 4,000 cases annually, and rapid responses utilizing AI tools. Recognized by the 'Japan HR Challenge Awards' sponsored by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, TRIPORT aims to expand partnerships with other training providers to address social challenges.
