The "HR Library" community, operated by Trustyyle Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yosuke Yoshida), will participate as a guest at the "HR Only, HR Drinks | vol.5" networking and study session for HR professionals to be held in Sapporo on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, hosted by Tokeru Inc.

Background of the Event

Recruitment difficulties, talent retention, and the development of training systems are common management challenges for many companies, regardless of whether they are in urban or rural areas. This is particularly true for regional companies where dedicated HR personnel may be limited, or where managers and executives are concurrently responsible for recruitment, training, and organizational development.

In such circumstances, there is a growing need for a platform where HR professionals and executives can discuss their challenges without feeling isolated within their own companies, and gain insights from the practices and failures of other organizations.

The "HR Library" is a place for learning and exchange for those involved in HR, recruitment, and organizational development, based in Ningyocho, Tokyo. We have conducted "On-site HR Library" events in various regions across the country, creating opportunities for local HR and management professionals to bring their real-world concerns and learn from each other.
