TSI Holdings held its 15th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on May 22, 2026. The meeting covered business reports and the election of officers, followed by a social gathering featuring products from Kamikawa Town, Hokkaido.

TSI Holdings Co., Ltd. (Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takeshi Shimoji) held its 15th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting at the entertainment space on the first floor of its East Building at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 22, 2026.

CEO Takeshi Shimoji chaired the meeting. Following the audit report for the fiscal year (March 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026), the company reported on business activities, consolidated financial statements, audit results by the accounting auditor and Audit & Supervisory Board, current status of the corporate group, business results, company stock matters, and policies regarding dividend payments.

An overview of the 15th consolidated financial statements and key issues to be addressed were also explained.
