TSI Holdings Co., Ltd. (Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takeshi Shimoji) held its 15th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting at the entertainment space on the first floor of its East Building at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 22, 2026.

CEO Takeshi Shimoji chaired the meeting. Following the audit report for the fiscal year (March 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026), the company reported on business activities, consolidated financial statements, audit results by the accounting auditor and Audit & Supervisory Board, current status of the corporate group, business results, company stock matters, and policies regarding dividend payments.

An overview of the 15th consolidated financial statements and key issues to be addressed were also explained.

Subsequently, the meeting deliberated on Agenda Item 1: Election of 5 Directors; Agenda Item 2: Election of 1 Auditor; Agenda Item 3: Election of 1 Substitute Auditor; and Agenda Item 4: Disposal of treasury stock via third-party allotment to support the social contribution activities of the TSI Fashion Future Foundation. Management responded to questions and comments from shareholders.

All agenda items were voted on and passed, after which the meeting adjourned.

Following the meeting, beverages and sweets from the company's internal cafe were served. A tasting session was also held for the Ginjo sake 'Kamikawa' from Taisetsu Sake Brewery in Kamikawa Town, Hokkaido—a town with which the company has had a comprehensive partnership agreement since 2021 and a source of shareholder benefits. Shareholders were also treated to 'Camembert Kiyomi,' a cheese produced by the same brewery that won first place (Gold Medal) in the Camembert category at WCCC2026.
