TSI Inc. (Headquarters: Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto; CEO: Takayuki Kumagai) has launched 'Canopy', an AI-native program management SaaS for operators of acceleration programs, CVCs, and open innovation departments. Canopy provides end-to-end support, from structuring interview notes to finding optimal partners for each startup and monitoring the overall health of the program. All AI outputs are designed as 'suggestions,' with final decisions always made by humans.

The service was born from the realization that acceleration work relies too heavily on manual effort. As the number of supported startups grows, the time allocated per company diminishes, creating a dilemma where promised support cannot be fully delivered. Canopy was created to scale the 'operator's time' using AI.

Key features include 'Sprout' for structuring interview notes, 'AI Radar' for identifying compatible external partners, and 'Health Score' for visualizing program status via traffic light indicators. The service was refined through actual use in the company's own program, 'Forge'. Moving forward, TSI aims to integrate Canopy with its existing platform, 'Contestiva', to provide comprehensive support from the selection phase to the growth phase of startups.
