[10th Anniversary] Enjoy Customizable Burger Stations, Pancakes, Blue Seal Ice Cream, and Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp at the 'Tropical Resort Buffet: Okinawa & Hawaii'

Chef's Live Kitchen, a buffet restaurant at Strings Hotel Nagoya operated by Best Bridal Inc., will hold the 'Tropical Resort Buffet: Okinawa & Hawaii' for a limited time from July 1 (Wed) to August 31 (Mon), 2026.

Under the theme of 'Healthy, Beauty, and Fresh,' guests can enjoy freshly prepared dishes from the live kitchen. This season, which includes summer holidays and Obon, is perfect for families and three generations to gather and enjoy Okinawan local cuisine and Hawaiian gourmet.

This buffet features a 'Burger Station' where guests can create their own original burgers with thick patties, vegetables, and sauces. An optional 'Hawaiian Plate' featuring tender Wagyu beef steak with lemon butter sauce is also available.

Other highlights include Okinawan dishes like 'Rafute' (braised pork belly), 'Goya Champuru with Spam,' and customizable 'Okinawa Soba,' as well as Hawaiian classics like 'Garlic Shrimp,' 'Chicken Long Rice,' and 'Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Salmon.' Kid-friendly menus are also available.

The dessert section offers peach-themed sweets and mango mousse, while the ice cream corner features popular 'Blue Seal' flavors such as 'Salt Chinsuko' and 'Blue Wave.' Freshly baked pancakes are also available at the pancake station.
