Shimane Prefectural University will host an event titled 'World's Play Lab: Australia Edition,' designed to allow local children and university students to experience different cultures and cultivate international perspectives. This event aims to provide university students with opportunities to deepen their understanding of multicultural coexistence while engaging with the local community.

On the day, 30 elementary school students (grades 1–6) from Hamada City will participate in activities led by Nicholas Santoso, an international exchange officer from Australia. Participants will listen to stories about Australia and play English-language games.
