MUJI HOTEL GINZA Launches 'Kyoto Ozen' Featuring Hand-Selected Ingredients from Kyoto Producers as the 4th Installment of 'WA Discover Food' Starting June 8

The 'Japanese Restaurant WA' at MUJI HOTEL GINZA (Ginza, Tokyo) will begin serving 'Kyoto Ozen,' featuring luxurious ingredients from Kyoto, starting June 8. This is the fourth installment of the 'WA Discover Food' lunch series, where chefs visit producers across Japan to hand-select ingredients. This time, the menu utilizes traditional vegetables grown in Kyoto's climate and miso made with expert techniques to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. The menu includes dishes such as grilled Kyoto Tanba Highland Pork with Kujo-negi miso, Kyoto Wagyu roast beef, and deep-fried Yamashina eggplant. The price is 3,800 yen (tax included), which includes a salad bar and drink bar. The menu is scheduled to be available until the end of August.
