This assortment is perfect for pairing with alcohol, featuring a variety of dishes including tofu-chicken meatballs in black vinegar sauce, fried eggplant, popular Umenohana yuba-age (deep-fried tofu skin), tofu shumai, tofu hamburg steak, yuba karaage (fried tofu skin), shrimp cutlet, black vinegar yuba spring rolls, yuba and cucumber vinegared dish, and shrimp and broccoli tartar salad.
