Umenohana Group Joins Fukuoka's Baby Support Project 'Hajimetebako'

Umenohana Group Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President and COO: Takahiro Onizuka) will participate from April 2026 in the 'Hajimetebako' project, which celebrates babies under one year old born in Fukuoka Prefecture and their families, supporting child-rearing throughout the community.

What is 'Hajimetebako'?

'Hajimetebako' is a gift box of child-rearing support goods created by TV Nishinippon and various companies, uniting their celebratory feelings. For this project, the Umenohana Group has also prepared a special gift to be included. The 'Hajimetebako' is delivered by hand by delivery staff to families with babies under one year old in Fukuoka Prefecture.

After using the gifts inside, the box can be used as a time capsule to store precious memories from that time. When you open the box with your grown child 10 or 20 years later, wonderful memories of their babyhood will come back to life.
