UNCHI Inc. (Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; CEO: Takahiro Matsumura) will reopen its 'Cafe/Ramen Picasso Cafe' in Dogenzaka, Shibuya, as 'PICASSO RAMEN,' a new space specializing in ramen while offering music and alcohol, on June 6, 2026. Following positive feedback on the ramen since opening, the store is being revamped to focus more heavily on the dish. While maintaining the relaxed cafe atmosphere, new elements of music and alcohol have been added. The ramen served will be authentic soy sauce ramen produced by the famous Osaka queue-forming shop, 'Jinrui Mina Menrui.' This ramen and cafe concept fuses a space decorated with 'inspired art' based on the works of world-renowned master Pablo Picasso with the innovation of 'Jinrui Mina Menrui,' which draws queues of over 50 people on weekends. The ramen will be served in custom mug-shaped bowls featuring inspired art, proposing a new style of enjoying ramen as stylishly as drinking coffee. The cafe's coffee menu will also be served in special mugs featuring Picasso-inspired art.
