Now, as a special edition of HR Craft Night, we will co-host "HR Craft Night Special Edition: Future Exchange Edition - Interact as Your Future Self" with United Will Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takumi Sasaki), an HR tech company that operates "Shacho Meshi."

Event Details

This HR Craft Night will be a special "Future Exchange" session. Participants will interact as their "selves five years from now," fostering conversations from a future perspective to uncover hints and next steps that might not be apparent from the current trajectory.

In recent years, the importance of cross-company connections and co-creation has been growing in the HR field, extending beyond recruitment, training, and organizational development. United Recruitment believes that bringing together a shared question of "How do we build the future?" rather than just exchanging individual company know-how and data, serves as a starting point for expanding the role of HR and creating new practices.
