77.4% Want to Work at a Company with Stylish Uniforms: Corporate Uniform Survey of 620 Workers
UNIX TOKYO, a company specializing in the planning and production of custom-made uniforms, has conducted a survey on corporate uniforms targeting 620 working men and women across Japan.
The survey explored factors required for ideal uniforms, dissatisfaction with current uniforms, and the influence of uniforms on recruitment and brand image. The results revealed that 77.4% of respondents would want to work or continue working at a company if it offered an ideal, stylish uniform that addressed their current frustrations. Additionally, 83.7% stated that they believe stylish uniforms contribute to improving a company's brand image. On the other hand, many respondents noted frustrations with current uniforms, such as limited quantity provided and difficulties in washing, as well as a generic "uniform" look. This indicates that balancing functionality and design is an emerging challenge for corporate human resources and branding strategies.
