URA Corporation (headquartered in Awaji City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and CEO: Toshiaki Iui) will host AWAJI DOG MARCHÉ vol.01, a dog-related market event, from Saturday, July 18 to Sunday, July 19, 2026 (11:00–16:00) at the Oasis Dog Cafe located within Awaji Highway Oasis, situated on a hilltop overlooking the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge (location: Iwaya, Awaji City, Hyogo Prefecture). The cafe allows visitors to enjoy cafe menus together with their dogs.
Background of the Event
This event marks the first step toward future large-scale editions, utilizing the indoor space of the Oasis Dog Cafe to host a small yet warm and inviting market.
The Oasis Dog Cafe, opened within Awaji Highway Oasis, is the first shop in the facility that allows guests to bring their dogs all the way inside. It features a mini dog run, enabling not only dining together with pets but also providing an enjoyable space for the dogs themselves.
In the future, the goal is to expand the event across the entire Awaji Highway Oasis and grow it into Awaji Island’s signature “dog lovers’ market.”
