Uravation (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Suguru Sato) announced the launch of 'Tool-Specific Training' as a new training menu starting May 19, 2026. This training focuses on specific AI tools to master practical business applications. The first session will be a training program specialized in Google's generative AI, 'Gemini'.

Background: 'Broad and Shallow Training' Fails to Reach Practical Application

Many generative AI training programs tend to be 'broad and shallow,' introducing multiple tools across the board. While effective for grasping the overall picture, this format often fails to reach the level where participants understand how to master the tools actually used in their companies.

Companies have different tools already on hand—for instance, Gemini for firms using Google Workspace, or AI coding tools for development-heavy operations. Through previous corporate training, Uravation found that training focused on tools actually used by the company leads directly to practical field application.

Therefore, separate from general training, the company has organized 'Tool-Specific Training,' which focuses on practical application of specific tools, as an independent menu.

First Installment: Gemini Specialized Training

The Gemini specialized training will cover the following based on Google's generative AI:

- Basic operation of Gemini and organizing its use cases in business - Application in daily operations such as document creation, summarization, and information organization - Utilization combined with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) - Practical exercises based on the participant's own work

For companies using Google Workspace as their business infrastructure, Gemini is a tool with low barriers to additional adoption. This training aims to enable participants to master Gemini as an extension of their daily work.

Approach to Tool-Specific Training

Training content is designed according to the AI tools a company has already introduced or is considering. Uravation also supports customization of training for tools other than Gemini depending on corporate circumstances.
