Usaco Inc., a company providing research support services (Head Office: 2-17-12 Higashi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichi Yamakawa), will host the first session of its free online seminar 'Data Analysis with Excel + XLSTAT (Multivariate Analysis Series)', designed to teach multivariate analysis using Excel from the ground up, on Wednesday, August 19, and Thursday, August 27, 2026.
The seminar will feature Takuma Nishimaki, a data science expert, as the speaker. He will focus on Principal Component Analysis (PCA), one of the most representative methods in multivariate analysis, explaining its fundamental concepts and how to interpret results. Through live demonstrations using XLSTAT, an Excel add-in for statistical analysis, the practical application of PCA will be clearly introduced.
