Userck System Seeks PoC Partners for Knowfa Order AI Agent among BPO Firms

Userck System Co., Ltd. is recruiting joint Proof of Concept (PoC) partners among Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies for its Knowfa Order AI Agent. This PoC targets order entry tasks for fax, PDF, and email attachment orders. The AI will handle order reading, customer identification, and data digitization, while human operators review and correct the results. BPO firms currently face severe challenges including labor shortages, rising training costs, and volume surges. A major constraint is the inability to increase order volume due to insufficient staffing, making profit margin improvement an urgent necessity. The Knowfa AI Agent addresses these issues by extracting product names, matching master data, and suggesting candidates based on past records. It allows BPO firms to process more orders with existing staff, stabilize data quality, and reduce processing time per item, thereby improving profitability. The PoC will utilize actual business data to verify reductions in processing time, improvements in product identification accuracy, and overall profitability enhancements. The anticipated PoC duration is 1 to 3 months.
