Visual Arts announced a potential leak of personal information and internal data, including the master data for their unreleased game "anemoi", due to unauthorized access by a third party. On April 19, 2026, the master data was found uploaded to an overseas website without permission. An investigation revealed that authentication credentials for the company's cloud storage were likely stolen. The potentially leaked data includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and My Number data of customers, business partners, applicants, and employees. The company reported the incident to the Personal Information Protection Commission on May 11, 2026. Currently, no secondary damage or further leaks have been confirmed.
