This initiative aims to express gratitude for the ongoing support from shareholders, deepen their understanding of the company’s products and services through direct experience, enhance the investment appeal of the company’s shares, and promote long-term shareholding.

For the first year of implementation, shareholders who hold 100 or more shares as of the end of August 2026 will also receive points.

Eligible Shareholders

Shareholders who are recorded in the shareholder register as of the end of February each year and who hold 100 shares (1 board lot) or more are eligible.

Details of the Shareholder Benefit

Eligible shareholders will be awarded points (1 point = 1 yen in value) that can be used for purchases on the official online store. The number of points awarded will be determined based on the number of shares held and the length of continuous ownership. The specific allocation criteria are as follows in the 'Points Allocation Table'.

Method and Timing of Award

Point codes for redeeming benefits will be mailed to the address listed in the company’s shareholder register by the end of May each year.

The shareholder benefit program is an annual initiative based on the end of February each year.

However, for the first year of implementation only, a special benefit will be conducted based on August 31, 2026, resulting in two benefit distributions in the first year.

First-Year Implementation: August 2026 Eligibility (Twice in the First Year)

In addition to the regular benefit (based on end of February each year), a special benefit based on August 31, 2026 will be conducted for the first year only.

Benefit Details

Under this special provision, points will be awarded based on the number of shares held, regardless of the continuous holding period.
