Sadaaki Kanemoto, Manager of our AI Solution Business Division, gave a presentation at a conference held within AI Expo. In his lecture, he explained the practical steps for on-site driven business AI automation using Dify. Following the session, we received specific inquiries about implementation at our booth, indicating a high level of interest in the movement towards building AI agents in-house.

"FirstContact" is a highly accurate chatbot service that utilizes generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). This time, we received a large number of inquiries not only for internal FAQ utilization but also for external needs such as customer service on websites, from a wide range of visitors.
