VoicePing Inc. (Headquarters: Omotaka Building 4F, 1-9-7 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akinori Nakajima; hereinafter "VoicePing") has launched its latest version, "VoicePing 3.0," which supports multilingual communication across meetings, events, external web conferences, audio/video files, and hybrid offices.
VoicePing 3.0 is a corporate platform that provides real-time transcription and translation of audio communications occurring inside and outside the company, such as meetings, seminars, webinars, external web conferences, recorded/audio files, and hybrid offices. It can be utilized for AI meeting minutes, meeting summaries, action items, and searchable meeting logs. It also supports reading and dubbing of translated audio, quality management through a specialized terminology dictionary, and leveraging meeting knowledge in AI workflows like Claude and ChatGPT via MCP/API integration, thereby supporting information sharing and decision-making for organizations working in multiple languages.

Development Background
In global companies and organizations with international talent, communication venues are rapidly diversifying to include meetings, chats, exhibitions, seminars, training videos, recorded files, external web conferences, and hybrid offices. However, challenges arise from misunderstandings due to language differences, the personalization of meeting content, delays in follow-up, insufficient searchability of meeting records, and compliance with management and security requirements.
While traditional transcription and translation tools are effective for single meetings or file processing, they are insufficient for managing the entire spectrum of multilingual communication that occurs continuously within a company. VoicePing 3.0 has been redesigned as a multilingual communication infrastructure suitable for corporate use, integrating real-time translation, audio reading/dubbing, AI meeting minutes, event translation, external meeting bots, file transcription, terminology dictionaries, MCP/API integration, virtual offices, and management, analysis, and security functions.
Enhancements in VoicePing 3.0
VoicePing 3.0 has comprehensively reviewed the experience required for corporate use, from desktop and mobile to security, AI models, and management functions.
Revamped UI/UX:
Improved to a more intuitive, readable, and easy-to-operate screen.

New Model Release We have newly released VoicePing ASR V0.1 (Automatic Speech Recognition model) and VoicePing MT V0.1 (Multilingual Translation model).
Supporting Multilingual Meetings with Real-time Translation and Transcription
VoicePing 3.0 can transcribe and translate various audio sources in real-time, not only microphone audio but also PC system audio, audio from other applications, presentations, mobile conversations, and audio extracted through web conference participation via bots. It can be operated to include screen sharing during meetings, system audio, speaker-specific records, and permission management, which are difficult for general audio translation apps to handle. It widely supports multilingual communication in daily operations, such as in meeting rooms, online conferences, seminars, training sessions, business negotiations, and regular meetings with overseas branches.
Key features include:
Real-time transcription and translation of microphone audio
Translation of PC system audio and audio from other applications
Flexible bilingual display suitable for meetings and presentations
Reading aloud of translation and transcription results
In-meeting topic summarization
Searchable meeting logs and shared management
Listener mode allowing participants to check translations on their smartphones via QR code
Furthermore, the translation results can be read aloud, allowing users to confirm the translated content not only in text but also in audio. The file transcription function also supports the creation of videos with subtitles and dubbed audio/video, making it easier to reuse content from meetings, training sessions, and webinars in multiple languages.
Real-time translation supporting microphone audio, system audio, presentations, and mobile conversations
Automatic generation of AI meeting minutes, meeting summaries, and searchable meeting logs
VoicePing 3.0 transcribes, translates, summarizes, identifies topics, and saves action items from recorded meetings, allowing them to be searched and shared later. It not only records what was said during meetings but also makes it easy to find information necessary for decision-making and follow-up.
The meeting log allows for centralized management of the following information:
Playback of recordings/videos
Speech segments by speaker
Display of original text and translation
Summaries, topics, and action items
AI prompts and task outputs
Tags, participants, and sharing permissions
This streamlines the process of reviewing meeting content, creating minutes, organizing tasks, and handing over to subsequent operations.
Saves recordings/videos, transcriptions, translations, summaries, and action items as searchable meeting logs
Improved Recognition Accuracy of Proper Nouns and Industry Terms with Specialized Terminology Dictionary
In multilingual communication, it is crucial that proper nouns such as names of people, companies, products, technical terms, and industry jargon are correctly recognized and translated. VoicePing 3.0 supports individual/workspace dictionaries, special word recognition, translation dictionaries, vocabulary management, pronunciation/phrase replacement, CSV import/export, and AI suggestions, allowing for continuous management of company-specific terminology.
This enhances the recognition accuracy and translation consistency of important words and phrases used in meetings, events, recorded files, and external web conferences, reducing misunderstandings among global teams.
Improved recognition and translation accuracy of company-specific names and technical terms through terminology dictionaries and specialized term management
Web Meeting Bot Compatible with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
VoicePing 3.0's Web Meeting Bot participates in external meetings such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams to record, transcribe, translate, summarize, extract topics, and generate action items. It also supports integration with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Slack, enabling efficient recording and sharing of scheduled meetings.

Supports Transcription and Subtitle Translation of Audio/Video Files, and AI Dubbing
It also supports uploading audio and video files, assisting with transcription, translation, subtitle file generation, creation of videos with subtitles, and creation of dubbed audio/video. Webinars, training videos, demo videos, YouTube content, and past recorded assets can be converted into knowledge that is easily reusable within the company.
Supports transcription, subtitles, and dubbing for external meetings like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, as well as audio/video files
Integration with Claude and ChatGPT Workflows via MCP/API
VoicePing 3.0 supports external API access and MCP access management, providing an environment where authorized users and administrators can easily connect meeting logs, transcriptions, summaries, and action items to external systems and AI workflows.
For example, by integrating with approved Claude or ChatGPT MCP-compatible environments within the company, it can be used for tasks such as drafting follow-ups for in-person sales meetings, organizing tasks in project management contexts, updating CRM in inside sales, knowledge search as enterprise AI, and internal Q&A for customer support, all while referencing past meeting records, sales negotiation records, training logs, and event records. This extends the utilization of post-meeting information from manual copy-pasting to managed AI workflows.
Supports Exhibitions and Seminars with Multilingual Capabilities through Expo Mode (QR Translation for Events)
VoicePing 3.0's Expo Mode (QR Translation for Events) allows participants at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, booths, guest-participation events, and international conferences to check real-time translations simply by scanning a QR code. Participants can use it without account registration and confirm content in their preferred language. Unlike traditional QR code participation from a host, individual translation sessions are available from a single URL.
Organizers can check access, usage status, and language usage for each event, making it easier to manage multilingual support for international events and business events with international attendees.
Expo Mode allows participants to check real-time translations via QR code
Virtual Office for Multilingual Teams
VoicePing 3.0 also offers a virtual office function for remote and hybrid teams. Users can utilize presence status, meeting rooms, audio/video, screen sharing, chat, reactions, collaborative notes, whiteboards, and GPT assistance within a single virtual office environment.
During meetings, the real-time transcription and translation panel can be used, making it easier for members speaking different languages to conduct daily conversations, regular meetings, and collaborative work. The whiteboard, transcription editor, remote control, and screen sharing UX have all been newly revamped.

Representative's Comment
Comment from Akinori Nakajima, Representative Director of VoicePing Inc.:
"In global teams, daily communication is dispersed across multiple venues, not just meetings and events, but also recorded files, external web conferences, and hybrid offices. VoicePing 3.0 has been redesigned not just as a standalone real-time translation and AI minutes function, but as a platform that enables companies to securely record, search, analyze, and deploy multilingual communication, including audio translation, specialized terminology dictionaries, searchable meeting logs, and MCP/API integration. We aim to provide an environment where multilingual teams can reduce information disparities caused by language differences and make decisions faster and more accurately."
