Wakusell, a social business community based in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo (organized by Yoshimura Yoshihiro, General Producer Sumitani Tomoaki), is supporting media collaboration for MamazOn Inc. (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo; CEO Shukko Ishii). Together with the Shinagawa City Nishioi Startup Support Center (nickname: PORT2401), and Mirai Kururabo Inc., they will participate in the practical entrepreneurship education program '3Days Summer School 2026' for students from 4th grade elementary to 3rd grade junior high school.
This program is a three-day educational initiative where children form teams with local businesses to practice understanding products and services, developing sales plans, conducting sales activities, and presenting reflections.
Rather than just a job experience, the program aims to cultivate the ability to 'think independently, act proactively, and create value through collaboration with peers,' serving as a new model of learning rooted in the local community.
⸻
From 'The Ability to Find the Right Answer' to 'The Power to Create the Future'
In this rapidly changing era, the skills required of children are transforming significantly.
Beyond simply memorizing correct answers, the following abilities are now essential:
- The ability to identify challenges
- The ability to collaborate with others
- The courage to take initiative
- The ability to create new value
However, it is not easy to develop these skills solely through traditional school education.
Therefore, this program creates opportunities for children to turn their 'I want to try' into reality by learning alongside diverse adults—local entrepreneurs, startup supporters, government officials, and more.
We aim to transform the entire community into a classroom, fostering an environment where adults and children learn together.
⸻
Three Days of Learning Through Community Connection
The program will be held over three days.
Day 1
Understanding Businesses and Designing Sales Strategies
Children will learn about the passion behind local businesses' products and services, then form teams to develop their own sales plans.
Who is the target customer?
What unique appeal will they highlight?
How will they conduct sales?
They will think and plan just like in real business.
Day 2
Sales Experience at Nishioi Station Front PORT Marche
Based on their self-developed sales strategies, students will conduct actual sales activities at a local market.
They will gain hands-on experience in customer communication and promotional tactics—skills that cannot be learned in a classroom.
Day 3
Presentation, Reflection, and Graduation Ceremony
Students will organize their sales results and lessons learned, then present them in front of local business owners and government representatives.
They will reflect on both successes and failures, turning their experiences into personal growth.
⸻
Why the Female Entrepreneur Community 'MamazOn' Is Participating
MamazOn has long supported women in creating work styles that leverage their strengths and experiences, and in building communities.
Having supported over 5,000 women in their entrepreneurial journeys, the community has grown to include more than 1,400 members.
In this program, female entrepreneurs and creators active in the local community will participate as mentors, supporting children’s sales experiences and team activities.
What we value most is not 'teaching,' but 'unlocking potential.'
We walk alongside each child, helping them develop their own ideas and the courage to act independently.

Comment from Shukko Ishii, CEO of MamazOn Inc.
'I worked as a nurse for 21 years, walking alongside many people through their life journeys.
Through my involvement in supporting women entrepreneurs and managing communities, I’ve come to realize that people’s potential is not defined by ability, but dramatically shaped by 'environment' and 'encounters.'
This program offers children the opportunity to meet adults in the community, think for themselves, take on challenges, fail, and grow.
We don’t aim to raise entrepreneurs.
We aim to nurture individuals who can actively choose their own lives and create the future while engaging with their communities and society.
We hope this initiative will become a new model for talent development, spreading from Shinagawa Ward to communities across Japan.'
⸻
Building a Community That Nurtures the Future
MamazOn will continue to support not only women’s empowerment but also talent development and opportunities for challenge by leveraging local communities.
We aim to create a society where people of all generations learn from and support one another, actively collaborating with government, businesses, and educational institutions.
'The community becomes the classroom.'
We will create this future, starting from Shinagawa Ward.
