Our popular summer item, "Rich Matcha Kakigori," which has been well-received every year and has surpassed a cumulative sales of 9,000 cups, has been further evolved and newly developed as a "premium kakigori" pursuing visual splendor and the original taste of the ingredients.

This is a reward kakigori unique to Kochouan, luxuriously combining Japanese ingredients such as soft serve ice cream, shiratama (mochi balls), and red bean paste with fluffy, frost-like ice.

Premium Kakigori "Rich Matcha"

This is a premium kakigori for matcha lovers, generously topped with homemade matcha syrup made with abundant Uji matcha.

The matcha syrup, harmonizing rich aroma, moderate bitterness, and elegant sweetness, blends well with the melt-in-your-mouth frost-like ice. Matcha soft serve ice cream is hidden inside the ice, and the rich matcha flavor spreads with every bite.
