Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter (hereinafter 'Studio Tour Tokyo'), where fans can experience the magical world of the beloved 'Harry Potter' and 'Fantastic Beasts' film series, is proud to announce its first-ever Halloween special event: 'Dark Arts Halloween.'
Inspired by the dark world that Harry Potter risked his life to confront in the 'Harry Potter' film series, this special program centers on the theme of 'Dark Arts'—the sinister magic wielded by the Dark Lord Lord Voldemort and his loyal Death Eaters. Studio Tour Tokyo will undergo a dramatic transformation, becoming a dangerous realm overtaken by Death Eaters, swirling with dark magic.
One of the tour’s iconic sets, the Great Hall, will be transformed into a mysterious and fantastical space. Jack-o'-lanterns—Halloween pumpkin lanterns—will float in mid-air, just like in a scene from 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone,' while themed treats on the tables heighten the Halloween atmosphere.
Throughout the venue, the Dark Mark—the symbol of dark forces—will appear in various locations, and Death Eaters will be seen lurking around every corner. The Forbidden Forest will be haunted by Dementors, the soul-sucking creatures of darkness, while the Ministry of Magic, the governing body of the wizarding world, will be overtaken by Death Eaters. Additionally, the detailed model of Hogwarts Castle, previously enhanced with spectacular projection mapping for past events, will be transformed into a chilling, eerie environment, with Dementors drifting through the air, creating a terrifying world that immerses guests in the darkness Harry Potter once faced. This limited-time Halloween event offers a thrilling, immersive journey into the heart of the 'Dark World' from the 'Harry Potter' series.
During the event, enchanting limited-edition food and beverages inspired by the 'Dark Arts' theme will also be available.
Step into the world of 'Harry Potter' and experience a uniquely thrilling Halloween adventure at Studio Tour Tokyo, as you explore a wizarding world now ruled by dark forces.
