About 'Sarabeth’s'

'Sarabeth’s' was founded in 1981 on New York’s Upper West Side by Sarabeth Levine, a native New Yorker. The restaurant is renowned for its 'healthy & rich' take on classic American breakfast dishes such as French toast, pancakes, eggs Benedict, and waffles, as well as its signature fruit spreads—low-sugar jams highlighting the natural sweetness of fruit, based on family recipes.
