Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener (hereinafter "Wolfgang's Steakhouse"), a steakhouse originating in New York, will open its first new store in the Tokai area, "Nagoya Store," on Friday, September 4th. The store is located on the first floor of the "Nagoya Kanko Hotel," a long-established hotel with excellent accessibility and a rich history, situated in Fushimi, the heart of Nagoya.
Reservations will be accepted starting Tuesday, July 7th, on the official website (https://wolfgangssteakhouse.jp/).

Like its existing stores, the Nagoya store will offer exquisite steaks, focusing on "quality, aging, and grilling," using rare American beef that has been graded "Prime Grade" by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). In addition, guests can enjoy a wide selection of authentic seafood dishes and over 1,000 wines carefully selected from around the world in a sophisticated dining space.
Prime Steak (for 2 people)
In addition to the open dining area, there are four private rooms (each seating 8 people) available for a variety of occasions, from anniversary celebrations to business dinners. These private rooms can be connected to accommodate up to 16 people when two rooms are joined, or up to 24 people when three rooms are joined, allowing guests to enjoy the Wolfgang's Steakhouse experience in a high-quality private space.

Exquisite Steaks Focused on "Quality, Aging, and Grilling"
"Prime Grade," certified as the highest quality by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), is aged for a long period in a dedicated aging room. As beef ages, its meat becomes tender due to the action of its own enzymes, and at the same time, proteins break down, increasing the amount of amino acids, which are flavor components. This long-term dry-aging process results in meat that is tender and rich in flavor. The meat is then cut thick and grilled in a 900°C oven. The presentation of the steak served on a sizzling hot plate is truly impressive. The exterior is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is juicy and dripping with meat juices.

Wolfgang's Steakhouse Overview
In 2004, Wolfgang Zwiener, a legendary waiter who served as head waiter at a long-established New York steakhouse for over 40 years, opened his first store on Park Avenue in New York. It quickly became a popular restaurant due to the deliciousness of its signature steaks. Today, it is renowned worldwide as an "exquisite steakhouse" that satisfies even the most discerning gourmets, not only in New York but also in various countries around the globe.
In Japan, in addition to the Roppongi, Marunouchi, Osaka, and Fukuoka stores, the latest store, Takanawa, opened in September 2025. Furthermore, as new brands, they have launched "Signature," a more luxurious concept, in Aoyama, and "Teppan," with the concept of "exquisite steaks focused on Wolfgang's Steakhouse's 'quality, aging, and grilling' enjoyed on a teppan grill," in Ginza.
