[Well-i] Launches Employee Education Video Package for Health Management Survey

By summarizing videos supervised by doctors and experts into 10-15 minute segments, the content is designed for easy learning by busy employees and managers. Background

Amidst growing corporate interest in health management, the Health Management Survey questionnaire identifies employee and manager health education as important evaluation items. Each video is approximately 10-15 minutes long, designed for easy viewing during work breaks or free time. Compared to long, in-person training sessions, it places less burden on participants and allows for efficient health education to a larger number of employees.

Product Overview 2 "Health Video Package" for Managers

This is a 7-part training video series for managers, compatible with the Health Management Survey questionnaire (Fiscal Year 2025*). It allows for systematic learning of knowledge required for management, such as creating a health-conscious workplace, line care, improving health literacy, enhancing productivity, preventing occupational accidents, and self-care.

The instructor and supervisor is Mr. Kunio Okada, Chairman of the Health Management Research Association and advisor to Well-i. Each theme is approximately 10-15 minutes long, enabling busy managers to efficiently learn during their spare time. It is also characterized by its ease of implementation, as it eliminates the need for planning and scheduling in-person training sessions.
