As part of this, the company held the 'Stop Work Award,' an internal event that drives business reform by focusing on 'stopping or reviewing' work rather than 'increasing' it.

An awards ceremony was held at the Osaka Station Hotel on May 13, 2026. A total of 732 proposals were submitted from the field, and the company declared the full-scale implementation of the winning proposals.

This award encourages all employees to review their own tasks and propose work to be 'stopped' or 'changed,' aiming to create time and improve job satisfaction. The 'Stop Work Council,' which includes management, discusses and promotes these improvements.
