Hirokazu Tsuno, President of Will Group Co., Ltd., Appointed Chairman of the Japan Staffing Association

Will Group Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hirokazu Tsuno; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that its President and CEO, Hirokazu Tsuno, has been appointed Chairman of the Japan Staffing Association (hereinafter "JASSA"), a general incorporated association.

Mr. Tsuno was elected and confirmed as Chairman during JASSA's board meeting held today, June 16, 2026 (Tuesday). His term of office begins today and will continue until the date of the next annual general meeting, two years from now.

＜Biography＞

Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1980. After graduating from university, he joined Cent Media Co., Ltd. (now Will Work Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company) as a new graduate in April 2003. In April 2009, he transferred to Cent Media Field Agent Co., Ltd. (now Will Work Co., Ltd.). After serving as Head of Sales Division and Director, he became an Executive Officer at Will Group Co., Ltd. in July 2018. In April 2021, he was appointed President and CEO of Will Work Construction Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of the Company). After serving as a Director at Will Group Co., Ltd. from June 2022, he became President and CEO of the same company in June 2023. In June 2026, he was appointed Chairman of the Japan Staffing Association, an organization composed of staffing service providers.
