Will of Work Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hideo Murakami), a comprehensive human resources services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of actress and model Mai Shiraishi as its "Special Career Advisor" to commemorate the nationwide launch of its new TV commercial "Would You Like to Have a Chat with Will of?" starting June 30 (Tue).
In the commercial, Shiraishi speaks directly to job seekers who are struggling with their careers, creating a warm and approachable atmosphere that feels like an everyday conversation.
Through the message "Would you like to have a chat with Will of?", the campaign aims to convey that career support doesn't have to feel formal or like a serious consultation. Instead, it encourages people to take their first career step in a relaxed, conversational way.
A Natural and Relatable Filming Experience with Mai Shiraishi
Set in a bright office space featuring a striking yellow sofa, Shiraishi appears in smart-casual office attire. In one scene, she extends her business card toward the camera and says, "Would you like to have a chat with Will of?" Her expression feels so natural and genuine that it appears as if she is truly speaking to a job seeker right in front of her. Reflecting on the shoot, Shiraishi said, "I imagined I was talking directly to someone on the other side of the camera, which felt incredibly fresh and enjoyable!" Regarding the business card exchange scene, she added, "I don't usually hand out business cards in my work, so that was also very new to me. Since the concept was about having a casual, relaxed conversation rather than a formal meeting, it actually made me feel like I personally wanted to start talking too."

<The Message Behind the Commercial>
Will of is committed to providing opportunities for change to all working individuals.
With this new commercial, centered on the message "Would you like to have a chat with Will of?", we aim to reach job seekers who are considering career changes or job searches. Instead of presenting ourselves as a formal "consultation" service that may feel intimidating, we want to be a welcoming presence that invites people to simply "have a chat".
Mai Shiraishi is someone who personally stepped into a new career path after graduating from Nogizaka46. She embodies Will of's service philosophy that even if you don't have a clear dream or goal, starting with a simple conversation can open new doors.
This commercial was created with the hope of spreading the message that "it's okay if you don't know what you want to do yet" and "starting with a conversation is enough"—encouraging as many people as possible to take that first step in their career journey.

Q: What were your thoughts after completing the shoot?
Since the theme of this commercial was "talking," I actually spoke to the viewers on the other side of the camera and filmed scenes exchanging business cards. It was a very fresh and enjoyable experience.
Q: In the commercial, you say, "You don't need a solid dream or goal!" Have you ever gone through a time when you couldn't find what you wanted to do?
I'm not the type of person who has a clear, fixed idea of exactly what I want to become in the future or what I want to do. Instead of setting long-term goals, I'm more the type who tries things based on what I feel or think at the moment. But I truly believe that having even a small desire to try something new is very important. I hope this commercial can inspire people who feel they don't have big dreams or goals to simply start by having a conversation if something catches their interest.
Q: The second half of 2026 begins tomorrow—do you have anything you'd especially like to accomplish in the remaining six months of the year?
Maybe traveling? I'd be happy with domestic trips, but I'd love to go overseas too. I'd like to try taking short day trips. I've been doing some research and have found several places that look really nice. I'd love to visit all of them someday.
Q: Please share a message with everyone who will see the commercial.
I think there are people out there who are currently worried about their jobs or feeling uncertain about what to do. I'd be delighted if watching this Will of commercial could brighten their mood even a little. It's perfectly okay if you don't have a clear dream or goal. As the commercial suggests, even a small opportunity can change your life. I hope this message reaches as many people as possible. Thank you so much!
