Wingarc 1st Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President, Executive Officer, and CEO: Jun Tanaka; hereinafter 'Wingarc 1st') will introduce this platform as part of establishing a new shareholder rewards program.

Starting in 2026, shareholders recorded in the shareholder register as of the end of each August and February holding one or more trading units (100 shares) will be eligible.

Purpose of Introducing the Premium Yutai Club

By actively utilizing the shareholder database obtained through member registration to the 'Wingarc Premium Yutai Club,' we aim to strengthen engagement with shareholders and promote corporate understanding and enhance engagement by delivering PR and IR information in a timely manner.

Additionally, by digitizing shareholder management, which has traditionally relied on limited information, we will achieve more efficient and strategic communication with the market.

Through these initiatives, we aim to increase interest in Wingarc 1st among a broader audience and build a system to deepen relationships with shareholders who can provide long-term support.

Shareholders of Wingarc 1st can use shareholder reward points distributed through the dedicated website 'Wingarc Premium Yutai Club' to select from over 5,000 items, including premium gourmet products such as branded beef and rice, sweets, beverages, premium sake, home appliances, experience gifts, and Amazon gift cards.

Additionally, points can be exchanged for the unified shareholder reward coin 'WILLsCoin,' which can be combined with points from other companies using the Premium Yutai Club. Accumulated 'WILLsCoin' can be used on the 'Premium Yutai Club PORTAL' (https://portal.premium-yutaiclub.jp/) to exchange for a wider range of rewards such as accommodation vouchers and premium wines, or for hometown tax donations (https://premium-yutaiclub.satori.site/furusato).

【Eligibility Criteria】

Must be recorded in the shareholder register as of the end of August each year from 2026 onward, holding 100 or more shares.

【Rollover Conditions】

Points can be rolled over up to three times (if continuously recorded under the same shareholder number for three consecutive periods) if the shareholder is continuously recorded under the same shareholder number in the shareholder register as of the end of August and February from August 2026 onward and continues to hold one trading unit (100 shares) or more. Please note that if shares are sold, the name is changed to someone other than the shareholder, or inheritance occurs—resulting in a change of shareholder number—before the rights determination date at the end of August or February, the points will expire and cannot be rolled over.
