With Earth Home Expands into Hokkaido, Opens Three Lifestyle-Oriented Model Houses

With Earth Home, a custom home brand under the Shinshowa Group, has officially expanded into the Hokkaido region and opened three new lifestyle-oriented model houses.

The newly opened model houses propose living spaces tailored to different lifestyles, themed around "Cooking-Focused Living," "Comfortable Living for Dual-Income Households," and "Enjoying Outdoor Living."

At the opening event, Yuki Saito, CEO of Yuki Saito Co., Ltd., who co-developed the "Sports-Oriented Home" with With Earth Home, appeared as a guest for a talk show and autograph session. As an innovative partner for With Earth Home, Saito's deep connection with Hokkaido, where he is currently developing business, made his appearance at the event possible.

Three Lifestyle-Themed Model Houses

"Cooking-Focused Home" Designed around an island kitchen. Standing in the kitchen, one can overlook the dining and living areas, and even the outdoor wooden deck, creating a space to enjoy cooking while communicating with the family.

"Home for Dual-Income Households" Designed for comfortable living. The entryway features separated traffic lines for family and guests to keep the space tidy even with surprise visitors. The master bedroom includes a remote workspace, accommodating changes in work styles.

"Outdoor-Oriented Home" Allows residents to feel Hokkaido's nature. It features a roof terrace for comfortable BBQ even on days with unstable weather. Residents can enjoy outdoor time on the wooden deck in summer and on the roof terrace in winter.
