Wood Design Park Okazaki (operated by Wood Design Park Co., Ltd.), a nature experience facility in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, has expanded its all-inclusive BBQ sites to accommodate groups of up to 220 people.

The facility is fully covered and all seats are under a roof, making it an all-weather venue where you can plan with peace of mind, without worrying about "rescheduling" due to rain.

The facility prepares all ingredients, equipment, and sauces, minimizing the burden on organizers and chaperones. It caters to the needs of a wide range of groups, including corporate parties, welcome and farewell gatherings, circles, community groups, schools/PTAs, and large family groups.

Background

Until now, Wood Design Park Okazaki's all-inclusive BBQ has been primarily used by families and small groups.

However, there has been an increasing number of inquiries requesting accommodation for large groups of dozens to over 100 people for corporate social events and school events.

In response to these requests, we have expanded our BBQ sites to create a system that can accommodate up to 220 people simultaneously (basic capacity up to 160, with consultation for larger groups).
