WHI Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Tomitaro Anzai) announced that NTT Integration Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Denji Sakurai; hereinafter "NTT Integration") has adopted the "Organizational Staffing" module of the "COMPANY Talent Management" series (hereinafter "CTM2.0"), a talent management product for the integrated HR system "COMPANY".

With this adoption, NTT Integration will build an advanced transfer and placement simulation environment directly linked to core HR data. By linking "transfer plan review (talent management)" with "execution (personnel orders)", it will accelerate data-driven optimal placement and organizational revitalization.

Background of Adopting the "COMPANY Talent Management" Series

NTT Integration is a system integrator that provides end-to-end IT services, including corporate IT system consulting, development, cloud infrastructure construction, and operation and maintenance.

Previously, the company required significant man-hours for a series of processes in personnel transfer planning and execution, including extracting HR information, creating transfer plans, coordinating with business divisions, and publishing transfer information.

To streamline these tasks and support strategic decision-making by division heads and HR personnel regarding "who should be placed where," NTT Integration adopted the "Organizational Staffing" module of CTM2.0, citing it as the only product that can directly reflect review results in the core HR system.

Expected Effects

1. Automated Data Linkage Reduces Man-Hours for Pre- and Post-Transfer Preparation

Since data from the base "COMPANY" HR management product and CTM2.0 are automatically linked, tasks such as extracting the latest HR information (pre-transfer data like primary and secondary assignments) and creating lists for transfer planning become unnecessary. Furthermore, post-transfer data can be automatically reflected in "COMPANY," reducing the burden of manual entry and verification tasks. This aims to realize talent management that reliably connects transfer simulations to organizational operations.

2. Systematized Organizational Simulation Accelerates Decision-Making

Organizational chart creation using spreadsheet software by business divisions and consolidation work by the HR department will be completed within the system. This eliminates the hassle of aggregating and transcribing individual files and improves information accuracy.

Additionally, the intuitive screen interface allows for easy personnel placement simulations, reducing the man-hours required for organizational change planning and supporting rapid decision-making based on visualized data.

3. Report Output Function Reduces Burden of Document Creation and Verification

By utilizing CTM2.0, organizational information and lists of personnel changes before and after transfers can be output directly as reports. This improves the efficiency of creating materials for management meetings and reduces the burden on HR and business division personnel for verification work after transfer information is reflected.

These implementation effects are expected to halve the man-hours associated with personnel transfer and placement. The resources freed up by this process transformation will be allocated to strategic tasks that enhance organizational competitiveness, such as data-driven transfer rotations and the formulation of career-path-oriented human resource development policies.

Comment from NTT Integration

"We have been using 'COMPANY' since 2004. With this migration to the cloud version, we decided to newly introduce the 'Organizational Staffing' function of the 'COMPANY Talent Management' series. The deciding factors were its seamless integration with our existing HR data platform and its intuitive operability. We expect that the analog transfer operations previously done with spreadsheet software will be digitalized, leading to significant man-hour reductions and prevention of human errors. Going forward, we will allocate the time saved to more strategic HR measures and accelerate the improvement of our organizational competitiveness as a system integrator."
