WHI Holdings (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tomitaro Anzai) is pleased to announce the launch of "AI Insights," a new feature within its "Talent Analytics" product of the "COMPANY Talent Management" series. This feature enables AI to analyze human capital-related indicators and provide insights.
The AI analyzes multiple HR data indicators (such as wage gaps, ratio of managers, and retention rates) across different metrics to identify correlations between indicators, pinpoint organizational issues, and suggest improvement actions. This supports companies in their strategic human capital disclosure and further promotion of human capital management.
Background for the Development of "AI Insights"
Since 2023, listed companies and others have been mandated to disclose information on "human capital." The "Human Capital Visualization Guidelines (Revised Edition)"※, published in March 2026, requires more than just numerical disclosure. It emphasizes the importance of a "story" that interprets numerical data in the context of a company's situation and connects it to specific measures.
However, the types of data related to human capital are diverse and complexly interconnected. Many companies have visualized and aggregated their data but face challenges in the "analysis and interpretation process" – such as identifying "where the significant changes are," "how to interpret which numbers," and "what growth story to present."
Against this backdrop, WHI Holdings has developed the "AI Insights" feature, leveraging generative AI to support multifaceted HR data analysis.

Features of the "AI Insights" Function
1. Identification of Issues through Cross-Analysis of Rich HR Data
The generative AI reads graphs on a dashboard that visualizes various HR data indicators. Based on over 500 types of indicators aggregated from data such as salary, attendance, transfers, and training accumulated in the "COMPANY" series (e.g., ratio of female managers, gender wage gap, salary increase rate, overtime hours, training hours per person), users can freely select analysis targets※, enabling multifaceted HR data analysis with minimal effort.
By objectively analyzing the organization's current state and the correlations between indicators using AI, it helps identify significant changes in metrics and HR issues that require priority resolution.

2. Provision of Evidence-Based Insights and Concrete Actions
"AI Insights" enables data analysis based on objective evidence by referencing publicly available data from government agencies, including the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, on the web. Furthermore, by inputting company-specific HR system documents as reference information, it can provide answers based on the company's own systems (scheduled for update at the end of June).
By interpreting this internal and external background information in addition to the HR data indicators being analyzed, it supports the construction of an analysis of the current situation and an improvement story rooted in the company's specific circumstances, going beyond general platitudes.
3. Advanced Safety Required for AI Utilization by Large Corporations
Given that sensitive information about personnel is handled, robust security and privacy protection are essential for AI use. This feature has been developed in accordance with the "Development Guidelines for Responsible AI" by its developer, group company Works Human Intelligence Co., Ltd. For example, strict guardrails are implemented to exclude outputs that identify or evaluate individuals, such as "Person A is the cause of this indicator's deterioration," allowing users to utilize generative AI with peace of mind.
