Regarding the Application of the Disaster Relief Act for the Landslide in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture, in July of Reiwa 8

(Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hitoshi Yamamoto; hereinafter "WOWOW") has decided to set up a dedicated free hotline for subscribers and agents in areas affected by the landslide in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture, in July of Reiwa 8, where the Disaster Relief Act has been applied, to support customers during this difficult time. The hotline number is as follows.

The hotline will respond to inquiries from WOWOW customers regarding service disruptions or unavailability caused by the disaster.
