Yabushita Holdings Co., Ltd. has established Ours Co., Ltd. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Ruka Osafune; hereinafter 'Ours') as its 19th group company. Ours was born from the Yabushita Group's internal AI training, and its representative is a young employee in her third year, aged 20.

Until now, it was common to convey the appeal of products, equipment, and services through photos, videos, and text after completion.

However, post-completion video production involves cost and time, and it is difficult to share concrete images before completion. With the evolution of generative AI, the era is shifting from showing after completion to conveying through video before creation.

Ours visualizes products, equipment, spaces, services, and ideas at the conceptual stage at an early stage.

It intuitively conveys value that is difficult to communicate with text and drawings alone, such as air flow, noise spread, and spatial image after installation, through video, CG, and visuals, providing customers with image and trust.

Visualizing Invisible Technology with Generative AI and Human Senses

Ours aims not just for video and CG production. It transforms video, which was often used for PR and explanations after completion, into a practical tool utilized from the initial stages of sales, design, development, and PR, advancing business.

By using video from the concept stage of product development or the initial stage of equipment proposals, the appearance after completion or changes after introduction can be shared early. This prevents misalignment of understanding and facilitates smoother negotiations and development. Background of Ours' establishment is the AI training that the Yabushita Group has been promoting. The group conducts internal training to master the use of generative AI in business, leading to work efficiency and new value creation.

Representative Osafune had no experience with AI when she joined the company. However, through training and daily work, she learned text generation, image generation, video production, CG expression, etc., and worked on PR video production using generative AI. That video, although produced in a short time, had the power to intuitively convey Yabushita Group's technology and services. Its potential caught the attention of Yabushita Holdings President Mori, leading to the establishment of the new company.
