YADOKARI Co., Ltd. has decided to open a new, exclusive unit at its 'YADOKARI VILLAGE Kitakaruizawa,' a base for lodging and living utilizing trailer houses. General lodging is scheduled to begin around autumn 2026, and trailer house owner recruitment will restart concurrently.
This new unit, 'Ahai-no-Hanare,' is a unique lodging space that connects two trailer houses with a wooden deck. Located in a quiet area surrounded by trees, it is designed to accommodate groups of up to 6 people. The estimated sale price starts from 18 million yen (excluding tax).
Furthermore, recruitment for the ownership program, which had been sold out for existing units, will resume. The projected real return is expected to be between 7% and 12%.
On June 26 and 27, a trailer house exhibition will be held on-site, and a special lodging plan limited to four groups will also be offered.
