Designed and supervised by Chiba Manabu Architects, the wood-structured rental housing project is the fourth installment of the developer's wooden residential series in the area. Built with three floors above ground, the property features seven units with rentable areas ranging from 31.75 to 67.69 square meters. Centered around a concept of gentle connection to the neighborhood, the architecture incorporates multi-layered intermediate spaces using large terraces, porches, and voids to enhance airflow and light. For the first time in this series, the property introduces IoT smart home technology to optimize home equipment controls, energy efficiency, and overall living comfort. Designed to blend residential activities seamlessly with the local environment, the completion of TAKANAWA NODE also creates an open central plaza space connecting residents and local passersby.
