yett Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; CEO: Kouta Takahashi), operator of the corporate cloud storage service 'Everidays,' announces the addition of a new feature that allows users to export, in CSV format, comprehensive information about all workspaces within an organization—including participating users and their assigned permissions.

Previous Challenges

Previously, to verify which users could access or operate a given workspace, administrators had to manually open the 'Workspace Permission Settings' for each individual workspace. For organizations with numerous workspaces—or those sharing many workspaces with external partners—this made it difficult to gain a holistic view of access configurations, resulting in time-consuming verification processes.

In particular, identifying which workspaces a specific user belonged to required checking each workspace one by one, creating a significant burden during audits or inventory checks.

Information Now Available in Bulk CSV Export

The newly added feature enables the consolidated export of all workspace settings across the organization into a single CSV file. Key data fields included in the export are as follows:

Category

Exported Items

Workspace User Information

Workspace Name, Email Address or ID, Full Name, Display Name, Organizational Group, External User Indicator

Workspace Permissions

Administrator, Upload Allowed, Edit Allowed, Delete Allowed, Folder Creation Allowed, Download Allowed

Workspace Preview Settings

Microsoft 365 Documents, PDF Files, Text Documents, Adobe Files

Workspace Information

Storage Usage (GB), Storage Limit (GB), Number of Version Histories

With the exported CSV, administrators can now simultaneously confirm both 'which users belong to which workspaces' and 'which workspaces a specific user belongs to,' enabling bidirectional oversight.

Expected Use Cases

This feature is designed for use in the following scenarios:

External Sharing Review: Organizations can efficiently verify whether workspaces have been mistakenly shared with external parties or whether personnel changes have been properly reflected. It is especially useful when reviewing access rights per client or managing external users in bulk.

User Account Inventory: Companies can audit whether inactive or former employees still have access to unintended workspaces. This supports compliance with standards such as ISMS, enabling comprehensive reviews without manually navigating each workspace.

Permission Review upon Employee Transfer or Departure: When employees change roles or leave the company, administrators can quickly identify all workspaces the individual is still associated with and systematically revoke or adjust access rights.

Audit Trail and Documentation: Exported CSV files can be archived as official records to meet internal compliance requirements or external audit standards.

How to Use

This feature is available to Organization Owners and Organization Administrators. Access it by clicking your name in the top-right corner, selecting [Organization Settings], navigating to the [Workspace Management] tab, and choosing [Export Settings as CSV] to generate and download the file.
