Yodogawa Steel Works, Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Eiichi Tanaka) announces that the admission fee for the Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property 'Yodoko Guest House' (Former Yamamura Residence), located in Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, will be revised as follows from October 1, 2026 onwards.

Background and Purpose The Yodoko Guest House is visited by many as a precious modern architectural heritage designed by the master of modern architecture, Frank Lloyd Wright. Since opening it to the public in 1989, our company has continued operations while keeping admission fees unchanged.

However, in response to soaring maintenance costs and various expenses associated with recent inflation, we have decided to revise the admission fee starting October 1, 2026. This is to balance the preservation and public exhibition fitting for an Important Cultural Property, and to inherit the value of Wright's architecture to the next generation in a sustainable manner.

We apologize for the increased burden on our visitors, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
