Yokohama Vanilla Inc., the company behind the Yokohama-based gift sweets brand "Yokohama Vanilla," is unveiling its limited-edition "Melting" Raw Vanilla Cheesecake and the "Premium Gift Set 2026," which includes two popular sweets. Pre-orders will begin on June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM via the Takashimaya online store. The products will also be available at select stores, including the permanent Yokohama Takashimaya location, with details to be announced soon. The "Melting" Raw Vanilla Cheesecake is priced at 4,968 yen (including tax and shipping for gifts) and 3,402 yen for in-store purchases. By eliminating flour and using Normandy cream cheese, the company has achieved a texture that melts at body temperature. The "Premium Gift Set 2026," priced at 3,240 yen, features Salt Vanilla Financiers and Salt Vanilla Creamy Sablés. CEO Yuto Takahashi expressed his excitement for the brand's first mid-year gift season, highlighting the quality of the new products.
