In April 2027, Okinawa Laugh & Peace Vocational School will establish a new 'Music Course,' marking a first for vocational schools (Higher and Professional courses) in Okinawa Prefecture to offer practical music education. This addition will bring the total number of courses to 17, coinciding with the school's 10th anniversary. Recruitment for the new academic year will begin on July 1, 2026.

Students will acquire essential skills for next-generation artists, ranging from improving instrumental performance techniques to music production using computers (DTM), live performances, recording, and even music distribution through the Yoshimoto Kogyo Group's music label. The curriculum is designed to be accessible even to beginners, and it supports a 'Higher Course' that students can enroll in immediately after graduating from junior high school.

The school holds monthly open campus events, where participants can experience classes using professional-grade equipment and software, taught by active industry professionals.
