Nagasaki Chanmen, founded in 1971, will be grand reopening its Okayama Hama store as a 'Noodle Chinese Restaurant' on Wednesday, May 13th. New menu items such as Teppan Hormone Yaki Chanmen and Chinese Katsudon will be added, operating as a new 'Nagasaki Chanmen'. On both May 13th (Wednesday) and 14th (Thursday), the first 100 customers will receive either a head of cabbage or a pack of 6 eggs as a gift. Nagasaki Chanmen's Commitment

Vegetables Nagasaki Chanmen uses many kinds of vegetables such as cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and corn. We also use plenty of domestic cabbage and bean sprouts, with the total weight of vegetables in our vegetable-rich chanmen being approximately 380g. It is said that adults need to consume about 350g of vegetables per day, so we deliver plenty of vegetables.

Fresh Noodles We are committed to manufacturing noodles to always provide safe, secure, and delicious products to our customers. We use 'Setokirara' wheat from Yamaguchi Prefecture to create springy fresh noodles.

Birth Story 'It's not ramen. It's not champon. It's chanmen.' To describe the characteristics of chanmen in one word, it is a product that takes the 'best of both worlds' from ramen and champon. It uses 11 kinds of voluminous ingredients such as vegetables and seafood unique to champon. For the soup and noodles, which are the main components of ramen, the soup uses whole chicken and pork bones, with the umami of vegetables slowly dissolving into it. The noodles are chewy fresh noodles, deliciously finished. In this way, you can enjoy the 'deliciousness' of both.

As a Noodle Chinese Restaurant More than 50 years after its founding, Nagasaki Chanmen has rebranded its concept to 'Noodle Chinese Restaurant'.
