Nagasaki Chanmen, which was founded on June 1, 1971, established its founding day as "Nagasaki Chanmen Day" last year. This year, from June 1 (Mon) to June 3 (Wed), we are holding a founding anniversary campaign where we will present a "250-yen (tax included) discount coupon" for every 500 yen (tax included) spent. The coupons can be used at 26 Nagasaki Chanmen locations from June 4 (Thu) to July 31 (Fri). Distribution will end once supplies run out. Originating in Yamaguchi Prefecture, the first Nagasaki Chanmen store opened in Asa, Yamaguchi, on June 1, 1971. Over the past 50+ years, we have been supported and loved by the local community. We aim to be loved by generations to come by celebrating our opening day. We continue to evolve our menu while preserving the taste we have protected for years.

Nagasaki Chanmen's Commitment ■ Vegetables: We use a wide variety of vegetables including cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and corn. Our "Vegetable-Packed Chanmen" contains approximately 380g of vegetables, exceeding the recommended daily intake of 350g. ■ Fresh Noodles: We are committed to providing safe and delicious products. We use "Setokirara" flour from Yamaguchi Prefecture to create chewy fresh noodles. ■ Soup: Our soup is made with whole chicken and pork bones, a traditional recipe unchanged since our founding, featuring the umami of vegetables and seafood. ■ Origin Story: "It's not ramen. It's not champon. It's Chanmen." It is the best of both worlds, combining the rich ingredients of champon with the soup and chewy fresh noodles of ramen. ■ As a "Noodle & Chinese Restaurant": We have rebranded to "Noodle & Chinese Restaurant," expanding our menu to include Nagasaki Sara Udon, teppanyaki-style horumon, xiaolongbao, and mapo rice bowls.
